Shipping Options:

A ) We offer Free 4 to 7 business day delivery on any purchase of $27.00 or more

B ) We offer three business day delivery when your order is placed before 10:00 A.M. central standard time at a cost of $23.75, add $5.00 for each additional item

C ) We ship to Military APO'S, AE'S and FPO'S. Shipping provided by United States Postal Service ( Priority Mail ). An additional $12.75 service charge applies, each additional item add $3.00. Shipping costs are calculated after your order has been placed and will not shown on your e-mail order conformation. Allow an additional 5 to 7 business days for delivery.

D ) We do not ship outside the United States

E ) Shipping to Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Alaska provided by United States Postal Service. An additional $5.00 service charge applies, each additional item add $3.00. Shipping costs are calculated after your order has been placed and will not be shown on your e-mail order conformation. Allow an additional 4 to 5 business days for delivery.

F ) On orders under $27.00 see product discription for shipping costs. Note that additional shipping costs will be calculated after your order has been placed and will not be shown on your order conformation e-mail. The cost of shipping any order includeing orders with multiple items under $27.00 will not exceed $4.80

G ) Wisconsin residents are subject to 5.6% Wisconsin sales tax. Sales tax is calculated after your order has been placed and will not be shown on your e-mail order conformation.

H ) Shipping to Non-Billing Addresses: These orders are manually reviewed using various address verification technologies and if approved usually add an additional 2 days to delivery. Expedited shipping is not available on these orders. Customers of unapproved orders will be notified via telephone or e-mail within 24 hours of order placement.

 



 

"No Hassel Exchanges, Returns, No Re-Stocking Fees"

Returns:

For Returns and exchanges kindly follow these instructions:

The following instructions outline the procedures for processing a return for exchange or refund... We do not charge restocking or exchange fees. However, due to our competative pricing methods we do not pay our customers return shipping costs.

A ) Simply enclose a copy of your original e-mail order confirmation with your return and a short note written on your confirmation copy with instructions as to what we should do regarding your exchange or refund.

B ) Merchandise must be returned, unworn within 30 days in the original shoe box from the date of delivery when asking for a refund or exchange. Credit will be provided and or replacement merchandise will be sent out the next business day the merchandise is received at MenShoeNet. You may call ahead and in some cases we can ship your exchange out to you before your return arrives at our return goods department. In the case replacement merchandise is not available for next day shipping, you will be contacted via e-mail or phone with your order details.

C ) Due to some of our strict vendor return policies, we reserve the right to repair any defective merchandise deemed repairable under reasonable circumstances. Only in store credits or exchanges will be made on special circumstance returns after five months. Exchanges, refunds or warranty work can not be made on year old merchandise.

Processing is as follows:

For refunds, credit will be provided for the price of the merchandise and any applicable taxes, excluding shipping costs. Exchanges will be handled on an even exchange basis… you pay the shipping back to us, we pay the shipping for sending the replacement merchandise to you. If a return is due to an error or manufacturer's defect, the return and or exchange shipping charges will be credited back to you. Refunds usually take 5 to 7 days to completely process and make it through our system. Allow at least 1 billing cycle for credits to appear on your statement.

In the event of a chargeback and upon proff of delivery the original amount and payment method shall be resubmitted.

A ) Special circumstance refunds after 30 days are subject to a $15.00 restocking fee.

B ) Reboxing fees of $15.00 are applied when products returned are not in their original packaging.

D ) Products returned direct to the manufacture are subject to a $15.00 restocking fee.

F ) Undeliverable orders with attempted delivey within our promised delivery time frame are subject to a $15.00 per pair restocking fee.
